These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the luckyph platform. By registering an account or using any luckyph service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of the Philippines to register and use luckyph. Employees of luckyph and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in promotions.
Each player is permitted to hold only one luckyph account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. Abuse of bonus offers will result in account suspension.
luckyph supports GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others). All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit is ₱100.
Any attempt to manipulate games, exploit software bugs, use automated tools, or engage in collusion will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

2.4 These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and use the luckyph Platform. This age restriction is mandated under Philippine law for casino-style gambling activities. luckyph strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The luckyph Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on luckyph:
3.4 luckyph reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the luckyph Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. luckyph is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify luckyph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. luckyph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4.4 Account Sharing. Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, or used by, any other person. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension.
4.5 KYC Verification. luckyph may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. luckyph accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 Prohibited Funding Sources. The following funding sources are strictly prohibited on the luckyph Platform:
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. luckyph reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
5.4 Deposit Responsibility. All deposits are final once processed. luckyph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages. You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited originate from accounts registered in your own name.
5.5 Currency. All Account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on the luckyph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). luckyph does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real Money Funds that have not been used to satisfy a wagering requirement may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the terms of this section.
6.3 Processing Times. luckyph endeavors to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. luckyph is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
6.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard. luckyph reserves the right to conduct additional verification for large withdrawal requests.
6.5 Withholding of Funds. luckyph reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
7.1 luckyph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus offers carry a wagering requirement. Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. luckyph reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate Accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other Players.
7.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without notice.
7.5 luckyph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not adversely affect Players who have already accepted and are actively fulfilling the terms of an existing promotion.
8.1 All games available on the luckyph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.
8.2 Random Number Generation. luckyph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, fair, and independent of previous results. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.
8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, luckyph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the Players' Accounts. luckyph's decision in such matters is final.
8.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify luckyph support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. luckyph will investigate and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. All decisions made by luckyph following investigation are final and binding.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luckyph Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
10.3 The luckyph name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of luckyph. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
11.1 luckyph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 luckyph implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and luckyph cannot guarantee absolute data security.
11.3 luckyph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.
12.1 luckyph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players manage their gambling activity:

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luckyph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
13.2 luckyph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 luckyph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude luckyph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 Termination by luckyph. luckyph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
14.2 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting luckyph support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to luckyph's internal dispute resolution process. 15.3 luckyph will endeavor to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
16.1 luckyph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, luckyph will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms & Conditions on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
16.2 Your continued use of the luckyph Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
